Voe MTX is responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Act and cares about your rights. Our Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal data when you use our services.
In this Policy, you can see how your personal data is handled when you subscribe to our newsletter, contact us by e-mail, register on our platform or use our aircraft charter services, flight offers and empty leg.
This Privacy Policy only covers the processing of personal data carried out by Voe MTX through our platform. The terms “Voe MTX”, “Service” and “we” include Voe MTX and our subsidiaries.

(1) Consent and Acceptance of Data Processing
By registering on the Platform and clicking on the “I accept the Privacy Policy” link, you agree to this Privacy Policy. You declare that you are over 18, legally capable and responsible for everything you do and provide on the Platform.
The LGPD establishes various legal reasons for processing personal data. These “legal reasons” are the justifications for the processing of personal data to be considered lawful.
Consent is not the only legal reason for processing personal data. This means that Voe MTX can process your personal data without your consent if there is a legal reason provided by law, for example to comply with legal orders.
(2) INFORMATION YOU SHARE WITH Voe MTX
Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable person. The people to whom the data refers are the holders of Personal Data.
We collect your Personal Data when: (a) you create your Voe MTX account; (b) use our Services; and (c) communicate with us. We also collect anonymous usage information, such as statistics, using cookies, server logs and similar technologies while you use the Service.
Collecting your personal data. To use the Service or request a quote on the Platform, you must create an account with Voe MTX. To register, you may need to provide Personal Data, such as your name, social security number, e-mail address or telephone number. To book a flight, you will also need to provide the following information about yourself and other passengers: full name, e-mail address, personal identification document, cell phone number and credit card details (for online payments). If you register for our app, we will also collect the Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Token for notification sending, for the purpose of authentication in our system.
Making payments. When you pay for the Service, you provide information to our third-party service providers. This includes your credit card number, expiration date and security number, as well as your address, full name and personal identity number. The data collected may be stored for future transactions.
Customer support. We may collect personal data through your communication with our customer support team.
Access to the platform. When accessing the Platform, we may collect the following data: (i) date and time of access; (ii) IP (Internet Protocol) address; (iii) source of access; (iv) browser data (browser name and version, manufacturer and language); (v) access device data (type of device – desktop, mobile, tablet -, operating system and version, screen resolution and language); and (vi) geolocation data (latitude, longitude, City, State). This data will be stored by Voe MTX for a period of no less than 6 (six) months.
You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date. Whenever there is a change in your data, you must update it promptly via the Platform. Voe MTX is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by you, who are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information.
Voe MTX makes a contact channel available on its Platform, allowing you to contact us to send or request information by texting your name, e-mail address and telephone number.
You agree that you are solely responsible for all messages transmitted through this medium. Voe MTX will not consider such messages to be confidential or sensitive, but in any case, this Privacy Policy also applies to them.
By using the Service, you are authorizing us to collect, analyze and retain data related to the provision of the Service.
(3) Does Voe MTX USE COOKIES?
Cookies” are small files placed on visitors’ browsers to store their preferences. The cookies themselves do not identify the individual User, only the device used, and are not used to collect personal data.
Voe MTX collects and stores automatically generated information as you use the Service, including your preferences and anonymous usage statistics. When you visit the website or a mobile application, together with our third-party service providers, we receive and record information on our server logs, including your IP address, cookies, location and similar items.
By accessing the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and tags, in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree to cookies being used in this way, adjust your browser settings to disallow their use. Disabling the cookies used may make the Platform less functional, but should not prevent you from browsing.
Type of cookies used:
The type of cookies that Voe MTX uses are Session Cookies, which are temporary cookies and will remain in your browser’s cookie file until you leave the website. The information obtained by these cookies is used to analyze web traffic patterns, allowing problems to be identified and providing a better browsing experience.
Voe MTX also uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure user interaction with Platform content, and Firebase Crashlytics to monitor, prioritize and correct any Platform problems.
(4) PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Processing personal data is the process of collecting, storing, using, copying and transferring personal information by manual or automated means.
Voe MTX is responsible for processing the personal data provided by the User on the Platform. If you have any questions about the processing of your personal data, would like clarification on this document or wish to exercise any of your rights, please contact us by e-mail or post, as described in item 12.
By using the Platform, the User authorizes Voe MTX to process his/her personal data in order to provide a safe, smooth and efficient experience, as well as for the following purposes:

We share personal data, including your name and ID, with air carriers and national aviation authorities. Access to the information collected is restricted to employees and authorized persons involved in the provision of services.
We do not rent, sell or share your personal data with other people or non-affiliated companies for direct marketing purposes, unless we have your permission. We may share other data collected by the Service to transfer useful, relevant, valuable or interesting information to you.
We may share your personal data with government agencies, authorities and other entities to comply with legal obligations or court orders and to protect the rights, property or safety of Voe MTX, its customers, employees, other Users or third parties.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financial audit, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets or transition of service to another provider, your information may be shared as part of a transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract. We cannot control how these entities may use or disclose this information.
(6) SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We protect your personal data with best practices and technical and organizational measures to prevent destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, unauthorized access and any form of improper or unlawful processing. We also ensure that your information is stored securely and in accordance with privacy laws.
Just like any company on the Internet, we can suffer cyber attacks and we cannot guarantee the security of all the information you provide us with. We take no responsibility for unintentional disclosures.

We recommend that, when accessing the Internet, you always check the privacy policy of the website you are browsing, make sure that the page is secure and do not give your data to third parties.
By using the service or providing information and personal data to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically about security, privacy and administrative issues related to your use of the service. (7) PRIVACY OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
The Voe MTX platform is not for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not collect, hold or use personal data from under-18s and no part of the service or marketing is directed at under-18s. We will take steps to delete them if we discover that we have such information. If you discover that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, you can alert us by contacting us by the following means:

(8) INTERNATIONAL USERS
We manage your data for the company based in the Federative Republic of Brazil. By choosing to use the service or provide information to us, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this privacy policy will be governed by the law of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the adjudication of any disputes arising out of Voe MTX or the service will be in accordance with the terms of service.
If you come from countries other than the Federative Republic of Brazil or regions with different laws governing the collection and use of data, please note that by using our services you agree to transfer your information to the Federative Republic of Brazil.
(9) INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
We do not carry out direct international transfers of personal information and data between different subsidiaries. However, personal data may be transferred abroad when stored by Voe MTX on cloud computing servers located outside Brazil. To this end, we observe the best security and privacy practices to guarantee the protection of personal data, as well as the local laws in force on the subject.
In order to guarantee the protection of data subjects, in the event of an international transfer, we undertake to comply with the applicable legal provisions, in particular with regard to determining the suitability of that country with regard to data protection and the requirements applicable to such transfers.
(10) RIGHT OF HOLDERS
We guarantee data subjects the right to access, rectify, cancel, port and object to their personal data, by means of a written request addressed to Voe MTX. The request can be made by e-mail or physical notification to our address, both of which are listed in item 12 below.
When the data subject’s right of access harms fundamental rights and legitimate interests of natural persons, it will be limited.
The provision of copies requested by the data subject may entail administrative costs.
(11) how long does voe mtx keep my information?
Voe MTX keeps your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or for as long as required by applicable laws or regulations.
If you want the information collected to be deleted from our database, you can ask Voe MTX by e-mail or post (details in item 12 below).
In accordance with applicable laws or court orders, Voe MTX may keep certain data stored for a minimum period of 6 (six) months after the request for deletion. Voe MTX will not anonymize or destroy this data before the expiration of this period.
Voe MTX will analyze your request and take the necessary measures to delete or anonymize your data, in accordance with applicable laws.
(12) UPDATING INFORMATION, CANCELLING ACCOUNTS AND CONTACTING Voe MTX
If you want to update or correct the information you have provided to us through the Service or otherwise, or if you have questions or suggestions for improving the Privacy Policy, if you need to delete your registered account on the Platform or if you wish to exercise your rights as a data subject, including cancellation and opposition, please contact us by the following means:

We will normally respond to requests within 15 (fifteen) days, unless it is a particularly complex or multiple request. When writing to us, put “Notification of use of personal data” in the subject line.

(13) APPLICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to all means of accessing the Platform, whether by computer or mobile device.
The terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to services offered by other platforms or third-party websites, even if a link to other websites is available on the Platform.
Voe MTX therefore recommends that users carefully analyze the privacy policy of other websites, as the content of this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Access to platforms or websites that are not owned by Voe MTX is done voluntarily and at the user’s sole risk.
(14) UPDATING THIS PRIVACY POLICY
In order to improve our services and relationships with third parties, Voe MTX may update this Policy at any time. The updated Privacy Policy will come into force after its publication on the Platform.
Voe MTX will notify the user of any material changes to this Privacy Policy at the e-mail address provided by the user and will make the latest version of the Privacy Policy available on the Platform, with the date of the last update.
The user will be bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy after its publication, provided that the user continues to use the Platform and the services provided by Voe MTX through the Platform and does not show an interest in disengaging.
The user undertakes to frequently consult the Privacy Policy available on the Platform, in order to be updated on its terms and conditions.
In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and any additives, the latter shall prevail.
(15) APPLICABLE LAW
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this Policy that cannot be resolved amicably by the parties shall be submitted to the courts of the District of Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais.
Voe Mtx is not an airline. All flights are operated by partners approved by Voe Mtx with respect to safety and licensed by the FAA / ANAC / DGAC or equivalent civil aviation authorities. While on partner aircraft as part of the Voe Mtx Service, passengers are subject to the insurance coverage of those partners.
