Voe MTX, registered with the CNPJ/MF under nº 77453389/0001-55, as responsible for the processing of personal data, values privacy and is concerned with the rights of data subjects, acting in accordance with the provisions of Law nº 13.709 /2018 (“Law for the Protection of Personal Data” or “LGPD”) and other applicable legislation. We value your trust and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information. Our Policy explains how (1) we collect, (2) use and (3) disclose your personal data as a result of accessing and using the services made available by Voe MTX through the website accessible at https://voemtx.com.br/. The information you share with us helps us provide you with a personalized experience when using the Platform. Voe MTX advises you to read this Privacy Policy and its updates (“Policy”) carefully. In case of modification of the Privacy Policy, the date of the last modification, available at the top of this page, is also updated. In this Policy, any individual who uses our Platform (“User” or “You”) can check how their personal data is treated when entered on the Platform for (i) subscription to our newsletter, (ii) sending an email to contact, (iii) registration on the Platform, (iv) use of the services available on the Platform, including the intermediation of aircraft charter, flight offers and empty leg, (“Services”). This Privacy Policy only covers the processing of personal data carried out by Voe MTX arising from the use of the Platform and is incorporated into our Terms of Service, available at https://voemtx.com.br/termos-de-servico/. The terms “Voe MTX”, “Service”, “we” include Voe MTX and our subsidiaries. All terms not defined in this document will have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service. “Personal Data” means any information used to easily identify, contact or locate you, and includes any of the following: name, address, email address or telephone number. We clarify that personal data that have been anonymized are no longer considered personal data, under the terms of applicable legislation. (1) CONSENT AND ACCEPTANCE ON DATA PROCESSING

By registering on the Platform and clicking on the link “I accept the Privacy Policy”, the User expressly and unrestrictedly declares to be in agreement with this Privacy Policy, declaring, for all purposes, that he is over 18 (eighteen) years of age, legally capable and responsible for all acts that you perform and data you provide on the Platform. We clarify that the LGPD establishes several legal bases for the processing of personal data. The so-called “legal bases” provided for in the law would be the foundations, justifications, hypotheses for a certain processing of personal data to be considered lawful, allowed. The data subject’s consent is not the only legal basis for processing personal data. This means that Voe MTX may process personal data, even without the User’s consent, if there is a legal basis provided for by law that allows such treatment, for example, to comply with legal orders.  

(2) INFORMATION YOU SHARE WITH VOE MTX

A Personal Data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The individuals to whom the data refer are holders of Personal Data. We collect your Personal Data when you: (a) create your Voe MTX account; (b) use our Services; and (c) communicates with us. We also collect information such as anonymous usage statistics using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies while you are using the Service. Collecting your personal data. To use the Service or make a quote on the Platform, you must create an account with Voe MTX. To register, you may need to provide Personal Data such as your name, social security number, email address or telephone number. To book a flight, you will also need to provide the following information, yours and that of other passengers: full name, email, personal identification, mobile phone number and credit card details (for online payments). If you register through our app, the Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Token will also be collected for sending notification, for the purpose of authentication in our system. Making payments. When paying for the Service, you provide information to our third-party service providers. This includes your credit card number, expiration date, and security number, as well as your address, full name, and personal identification number. The data collected may be stored for future transactions. Customer support. We may collect personal data through your communication with our customer support team. Platform Access. When accessing the Platform, the following data may also be collected: (i) date and time of access; (ii) IP (Internet Protocol) address; (iii) access origin; (iv) browser data (browser name and version, manufacturer and language); (v) access device data (device type – desktop, mobile, tablet -, operating system and version, screen resolution and language); and (vi) geolocation data (latitude, longitude, City, State). Such data will be stored by Voe MTX for a period not less than 6 (six) months. It is the User’s responsibility to keep their personal information up to date. Whenever there is a change in your data, this fact must be promptly changed by the User through the Platform. Voe MTX is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the User, who is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information. Voe MTX provides a contact channel on its Platform, enabling the User to contact it to send or request information through texts, by providing name, email address and telephone number. The User agrees that he is solely responsible for all messages transmitted through this medium. Voe MTX will not consider such messages as confidential or confidential, but in any case, this Privacy Policy is also applicable to them. By using the Service, you are authorizing us to collect, analyze and retain data related to the provision of the Service.  

(3) DOES VOE MTX USE COOKIES?

“Cookies” are small files placed in visitors’ browsers to store their preferences. Cookies themselves do not identify the individual User, only the device used, and are not used to collect personal data. Voe MTX collects and stores automatically generated information as you use the Service, including your preferences and anonymous usage statistics. When you visit the website or a mobile application, we, together with our third party service providers, receive and record information in our server logs, including your IP address, cookies, location and similar items. By accessing the Platform, the User authorizes the use of cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and tags, in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree that cookies are used in this way, you must adjust your browser settings to disallow their use. Disabling the cookies used may make the Platform less functional, but it should not prevent your browsing. Type of cookies used: The type of cookies that Voe MTX uses are Session Cookies, which are temporary cookies and will remain in the browser’s cookie file until the User leaves the website. The information obtained by these cookies is used to analyze web traffic patterns, allowing problems to be identified and providing a better browsing experience. Voe MTX also uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, in order to measure user interaction with the Platform’s content, and Firebase Crashlytics, to monitor, prioritize and correct any Platform problems.  

(4) HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

A data processing is an operation or set of operations performed with personal data by manual or automated means, including collection, storage, use, copying and transfer, among others. The person responsible for collecting and processing personal data for the purposes mentioned below is Voe MTX. If you have any doubts about the way in which the personal data provided is processed, you want any clarification about this document or you want to exercise any of the rights mentioned in this document, you should contact us by e-mail or physical notification to our address, both informed in item 12 below. The User expressly and unequivocally accepts that the data provided by him on the Platform may be processed by Voe MTX, whose main purpose when collecting personal information is to provide the User with a safe, peaceful and efficient experience. To this end, personal data may be processed for the following purposes: We use your personal data to improve our services and to communicate with you. We may also use this information (i) for remarketing purposes, (ii) to comply with legal obligations, including court orders, (iii) to process orders, orders or any requests that may be made by the User through any form of contact made available by Fly MTX; (iv) assist you with information about the newsletter, services disclosed, as well as providing details about the services provided by Voe MTX. Internal and service-related use. We use information, including Personal Data, for internal and Service-related purposes, and we may provide it to third parties to enable us to provide the Service (chat, payments, etc.). We may use and retain data we collect to provide and improve our services. Communications. We may send emails to the email address you have provided to us for transactional, informational and operational purposes. We can also send personalized notifications to your mobile app as long as you have enabled the push notification feature on your smartphone. Your communication data will also be used so that we can notify you about maintenance or updates that have taken place on the Platform or the Privacy Policy. Remarketing. We may use information, including your Personal Data, to share offers that we think are relevant to you. We currently use Facebook Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads as retargeting tools. Aggregate Data. We may anonymize and aggregate all data collected through the Service and analyze it at a group level. This data can be used for trend analysis, research or demographic profiling, as well as for general user behavior analysis and other important measurements so that Voe MTX can provide a quality service.  

(5) DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA We may share your information with the following entities: (a) Third Party Service Providers; (b) Regulatory entities; c) Courts and other public bodies. We use Suppliers and Service Providers. We may share any information we receive with retained suppliers and service providers in connection with providing the Service. We will share Personal Data, including your name and ID, with air carriers and national aviation authorities. Access to the information collected is restricted to employees and persons authorized and involved in the provision of services. Collaborators and/or authorized persons who misuse this information will violate our Privacy Policy and will be subject to the penalties provided for in our disciplinary process, without excluding other applicable legal measures. Marketing. We do not rent, sell or share your Personal Data with other people or unaffiliated companies for direct marketing purposes unless we have your permission. We may allow access to other data collected by the Service to facilitate the transfer of information that may be useful, relevant, valuable or otherwise interesting to you. As Required by Law. We may share your Personal Data with bodies, authorities and other public authorities, in order to comply with the legislation and regulations applicable to the services offered by Voe MTX. Compliance with legal obligation. We may share your Personal Data with bodies, authorities and other public authorities, as well as with private individuals or legal entities, in compliance with a legal obligation or a court order. Defense of interests. We may share your Personal Data to defend the interests and rights of Voe MTX or third parties, including in judicial and administrative proceedings, as well as with the police authority or members of the Public Ministry, even if you do not have a specific legal obligation or court order, to protect the rights, property or safety of Voe MTX, its customers, employees, other Users or third parties. Mergers, Sales or Other Transfers of Assets. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financial audit, reorganization, bankruptcy, liquidation, sale of company assets or transition of service to another provider, your information may be shared as part of a transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract. We cannot control how these entities may use or disclose this information.  

(6) SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We adopt best practices and technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, unauthorized access and any form of inappropriate or unlawful treatment, as well as to ensure that your information is stored securely and in accordance with with privacy laws. Like any company operating on the internet, we are prone to cyberattacks and cannot guarantee the security of any information you provide to us. We assume no responsibility for unintentional disclosure. If you have any concerns or suspects that your personal data is at risk, please contact us immediately. Voe MTX advises that the User, when accessing the Internet, always search for the privacy policy of the website that he is browsing, verify that the page is safe and do not pass on his data to third parties. By using the Service or providing information and Personal Data to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues related to your use of the Service. If we become aware of a breach of a security system, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Service or by sending you an email. You may have a legal right to receive this notice in writing. (7) PRIVACY OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

The Voe MTX Platform is not intended for use by persons under 18 (eighteen) years of age. We do not knowingly collect, maintain or use Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 (eighteen) and no part of the Service or Marketing is directed to anyone under the age of 18 (eighteen). We will take steps to delete it if we discover that we have this information. If you discover that your child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, you can alert us by contacting us through the following channels: (i) E-mail: atendimento@voemtx.com.br  

(8) INTERNATIONAL USERS

Your data is managed by the company based in the Federative Republic of Brazil. By choosing to use the Service or providing information to us, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the law of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the adjudication of any disputes arising from Voe MTX or the Service will be in accordance with the Terms of Service. If you come from countries other than the Federative Republic of Brazil or regions with different laws governing the collection and use of data, please note that by using our Services you agree to transfer your information to the Federative Republic of Brazil.  

(9) INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Voe MTX does not directly involve international transfers of information and Personal Data between different subsidiaries. However, personal data may be transferred abroad when stored by Voe MTX on cloud computing servers located outside Brazil. To this end, Voe MTX observes and adopts the best security and privacy practices to ensure the protection of personal data, as well as paying attention to local legislation in force on the subject. Ensuring the protection of data subjects, in the event of an international transfer, Voe MTX undertakes to ensure that it observes the applicable legal provisions, namely with regard to determining the suitability of such country with regard to data protection and requirements applicable to such transfers.  

(10) RIGHTS OF OWNERS

Pursuant to the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, Voe MTX guarantees the data subject the right of access, rectification, cancellation, portability and opposition of their personal data, upon written request addressed to Voe MTX. The request can be made by e-mail or physical notification to our address, both informed in item 12 below. When the data subject’s right of access harms fundamental rights and legitimate interests of natural persons, this will be limited. The provision of copies requested by the data subject may incur administrative costs.  

(11) WHAT IS THE PERIOD FOR MAINTAINING PERSONAL DATA?

Voe MTX stores and retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or for as long as required by legal rules or applicable legislation. If you wish, you may request Voe MTX, via email or physical notification to our address, both informed in item 12 below, that the information collected be deleted from its database. In compliance with applicable legislation or compliance with a court order, Voe MTX may keep certain data stored for a period not less than 06 (six) months, after your request for deletion. Said data will not be anonymized or destroyed by Voe MTX before the end of this period. Voe MTX reserves the right to analyze the request and, observing the legal period of mandatory storage, will arrange for the deletion or anonymization of the data, at its sole discretion.  

(12) UPDATING INFORMATION, CANCELING ACCOUNT AND CONTACTING VOE MTX

If you wish to update or correct the information you have provided to us through the use of the Service or otherwise, or if you have questions or suggestions for improving the Privacy Policy, or if you need any further information regarding the treatment of personal data, want to delete your account registered on the Platform or intend to exercise any of your rights as data subject, including cancellation and opposition, please contact us through the following channels: (i) E-mail: atendimento@voemtx.com.br The response to requests will be provided, as a rule, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days, unless it is a particularly complex request or a multiplicity of requests. We kindly ask that when writing to us, put in the subject field “Notification on the use of personal data.” We clarify that from time to time, before we respond to a request, we may ask you to provide us with certain information to confirm your identity.  

(13) APPLICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to all means of accessing the Platform, whether by computers or mobile devices. The terms of this Privacy Policy are not applicable to the services offered by other platforms or third-party websites, even if, from time to time, a link to access other platforms and websites is made available on the Platform. Therefore, Voe MTX recommends the User carefully review the privacy policy of other websites, as the content of this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Access to platforms or websites that are not owned by Voe MTX will be carried out voluntarily and at the sole risk of the User.  

(14) UPDATE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

In search of always improving our services and our relationship with third parties, this Policy may be updated by Voe MTX, at any time, aiming at its improvement. The amended Privacy Policy will take effect from its publication on the Platform. Voe MTX will notify the User of any material changes to this Privacy Policy through the email address provided by the User and will make the latest version of the Privacy Policy available on the Platform, with the date of the last update. The User will remain bound to any changes to the Privacy Policy, after its publication, if he continues to use the Platform, the Services provided by Voe MTX through the Platform and does not show interest in unlinking. The User undertakes to frequently consult the Privacy Policy available on the Platform, in order to update himself on its terms and conditions. In case of conflict between this Privacy Policy and any additives, the latter will prevail.  

(15) APPLICABLE LAW

This Privacy Policy will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil and any disputes arising from this Policy, which cannot be amicably resolved by the parties, must be submitted to the forum of the District of Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais.
